Open calls for bids are intended for the general public; this involves a call for expressions of interest, to which any interested bidder may respond by submitting an expression of interest to offres@lualabaglobalgateway.com. Following a thorough pre-selection process, only the selected bidders will be invited to participate in a formal bidding process.
Bidders participating in the formal bidding process are required to comply with the procurement (bidding) standards of the African Development Bank (AfDB), regarding safety, health, the environment, and sustainable development, which are available upon request.
To submit a bid, you must comply with the ARSP and be registered as a supplier.
Only electronic copies of the bidder’s proposal will be accepted and must be submitted ONLY to a specific email address provided only to pre-selected bidders. NOTE : « For any technical questions, please send a list of questions ”ONCE OFF“ to the bidding department offres@lualabaglobalgateway.com, and the Contracts Department will ask the end user in question to respond accordingly.
The expression of interest must be sent to offres@lualabaglobalgateway.com « ONLY ». Suppliers who do not submit an expression of interest « ONLY » to offres@lualabaglobalgateway.com will be automatically disqualified.
The expression of interest must be submitted on or before the specified date and time; any expression of interest submitted after the specified date and time will be automatically disqualified.
Expressions of interest sent by email after the specified closing date and time, or sent to an email address other than the one indicated above, will not be accepted, and the bidders will be disqualified.
